1. Who we are. Hemp-ex is operated by Unyte Hemp Ltd, part of Unyte Group, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 11745230), registered office Harborough Innovation Centre, Airfield Business Park, Market Harborough, LE16 7WB.
2. The service. Hemp-ex lets organisations list hemp products they wish to sell or buy and contact each other. It is free to use. We may change or withdraw features.
3. Not a party to deals. Contracts are made directly between members. We do not buy, sell, hold, inspect, deliver or pay for goods and give no warranty about listings, members or goods.
4. Accounts. Accounts are for organisations trading in the UK. You must give accurate information and keep your email account secure.
5. Your content. You are responsible for your listings, documents and messages and must follow the Listing rules. You give us permission to display them on Hemp-ex and to use listing and voluntarily reported deal data in aggregated, anonymised form, including in price ranges and a price index.
6. Moderation. We may hold, edit, remove or refuse listings, and suspend accounts, that break these terms or the law.
7. Liability. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, as Hemp-ex is free, we are not liable for losses arising from deals between members, from listings, or from using the service, and our total liability to you is limited to £100.
8. Law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
